| When will my order be shipped? |
|
Orders will be shipped within 7 business days of receipt. If we expect a delay in getting your order out within this time frame we will notify you immediately.

| How will my order be shipped? |
|
All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario via Canada Post Regular Parcel. Regular Parcel delivers 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian centres. Customers in most major centres in the United States can expect delivery within 5 to 15 business days. Overseas delivery can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks depending on the country.

| How much does shipping cost? |
|
Shipping within Canada is flat $15 for totals under $150.
Shipping to USA will include 12.5% shipping fee. This does not include any duties that Customs may apply for orders shipped outside of Canada. We will contact you with an accurate quote for shipments outside of North America.

Existing stock was bought at a time when the Canadian exchange rate was less than current levels. Furthermore, our prices take into account shipping, duties and customs etc. However, we will adjust our pricing to reflect exchange rates for future stock purchases.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. For non-Canadian customers, charges will appear on your credit card in your local currency, calculated using your bank's exchange rate at the time of purchase. Visit http://www.xe.com for a general idea of current currency exchange rates.

All orders are taxed within the Canadian provincial and federal taxation guidelines. Orders shipping to Canadian destinations will be charged 5% GST or 14% HST as required. Orders shipping to Ontario destinations will also be charged 8% PST. Other Canadian provinces and/or international customers are responsible for any additional taxes/duties charged by their own provinces/countries

We are happy to accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit card payments. This site uses PayPal as a third party payment gateway and will automatically redirect your shopping cart to PayPal when ready to checkout.

No, you don't! You can perform a one-time transaction with PayPal without setting up an account. Of course, if you set it up, your account is valid with any site that uses PayPal!

We want you to have a product you'll love! If you are having problems with any product, please contact us so we can help you troubleshoot.

| If you are still not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return any like-new, unwashed item(s) in the original packaging within 30 days for full refund, guaranteed. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges and any refunds issued will be adjusted accordingly. |
